This business chamber based in São Paulo now has the strategic communications consultancy of GrupoCASA. The goal is to increase the visibility of the chamber and create opportunities for more and more businesses to establish relationships between the two countries.
On February 6th, from 8:30 to 11:00, the Argentine-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce of São Paulo will hold a meeting to detail the impacts of the Tax Reform, recently regulated by Complementary Law 214, sanctioned by President Lula on January 16th. The meeting is free and open to everyone online. Registration can be done via the link .
The presentation will be given by Carla Tredici Christiano and Helena Vicentini de Assis, Capital Partner, respectively, senior lawyer and partner of the Tax Law Practice at the law firm Vella Pugliese Buosi e Guidoni Advogados. The objective of the event is to present in a simple and direct way the impacts of the new measures and answer questions from interested parties.
“The new taxation model brings some important characteristics, such as neutrality and non-cumulativeness in transactions. We are moving from a complex and ineffective model to something more modern and transparent. The important thing is that people know what is happening and can adjust their strategies according to the new reality,” says Carla Christiano.
