Uri Levine launches edition of his book in Brazil


Uri Levine, co-founder of Waze and investor in more than a dozen startups, arrives in Brazil and was in Brazil on August 7, 2023, for the launch of his book “ Fall in love with the Problem, not the solution ”. Two-time creator of unicorn startups, Uri Levine shares an unprecedented insight into the creation and sale of his unicorn startups, Waze and Moovit, and reveals the key components of building a successful startup that led these companies to compete with veterans and industry giants. Considered the “authentic bible for entrepreneurs”, according to Steve Wozniak, co-founder of Apple, the book will be available for sale from August 8th.


For Uri Levine, the book embodies a commitment to fostering entrepreneurship “I hope to inspire other founders, entrepreneurs, executives and workers to benefit from my successes and failures, making use of the knowledge and tips (Startips) that I gather in the book”.


Uri Levine's disruptive trajectory includes co-founding Waze, the world's leading transportation and navigation app with more than 700 million users to date, which was acquired by Google in 2013 for US$1.15 billion. And also the Moovit app. dubbed “the Waze of public transportation” that was sold for $1 billion to Intel in 2020.
